Ingredients

  • cauliflower florets
    500 g 1.1 lb cut into bite-sized pieces
  • olive oil
    2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • smoked paprika
    1 tsp 1 tsp
  • ground cumin
    1 tsp 1 tsp
  • chili powder
    0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp
  • salt
    0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp
  • corn tortillas

  • red cabbage
    150 g 5.3 oz shredded
  • fresh coriander
    15 g 0.5 oz chopped
  • lime
    1 1 juiced
  • avocado
    1 1 sliced

Method

    Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
