Ingredients

  • ripe mango
    1 medium (200 g) 1 medium (7 oz) peeled and diced
  • ripe avocado
    1 medium (150 g) 1 medium (5.3 oz) peeled, pitted, and diced
  • red bell pepper
    1 medium (150 g) 1 medium (5.3 oz) deseeded and diced
  • red onion
    1 small (50 g) 1 small (1.75 oz) finely chopped
  • fresh coriander leaves
    15 g 0.5 oz chopped
  • lime juice
    30 ml 2 tbsp
  • olive oil
    15 ml 1 tbsp
  • honey
    10 ml 2 tsp
  • chili flakes
    1 g 0.25 tsp optional for heat
  • salt
    to taste to taste
  • black pepper
    to taste to taste

Method

    In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
