  • mixed salad greens

  • cherry tomatoes
    100 grams 3.5 ounces halved
  • cucumber
    100 grams 3.5 ounces sliced
  • kalamata olives
    50 grams 1.75 ounces pitted, halved
  • feta cheese
    50 grams 1.75 ounces crumbled
  • olive oil
    30 ml 2 tablespoons
  • lemon juice
    15 ml 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed
  • garlic
    1 clove 1 clove minced
  • dried oregano
    1 gram 0.25 teaspoon
  • salt

  • black pepper
    to taste to taste

Method
