  • coconut milk
    240 ml 1 cup full fat canned or carton
  • maple syrup
    15 ml 1 tbsp or honey as alternative
  • vanilla extract
    5 ml 1 tsp
  • fresh mixed berries
    120 g 1 cup such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • toasted coconut flakes
    10 g 2 tbsp optional topping
