Ingredients

  • Zucchini
    200 grams 7 ounces grated and excess moisture squeezed out
  • Carrot
    100 grams 3.5 ounces grated
  • Gluten-free flour
    50 grams 1/3 cup
  • Egg
    1 large 1 large
  • Chopped chives
    10 grams 2 tablespoons
  • Salt
    1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil
    2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons

Method

    Grate zucchini and carrot; squeeze excess liquid from zucchini.
