  • whole grain bread slices

  • eggs

  • lemon juice
    10 2 ml / tsp
  • olive oil
    10 0.33 tbsp
  • salt
    2 0.5 g / tsp, to taste
  • black pepper
    1 0.25 g / tsp, to taste
  • chilli flakes
    1 0.25 optional

Method
