    600 grams 1.3 pounds
  • potatoes
    500 grams 1.1 pounds cut into wedges
  • green beans
    300 grams 10.5 ounces trimmed
  • olive oil
    3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons
  • honey
    2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons
  • mustard
    2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons Dijon or yellow
  • garlic powder
    1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon
  • salt
    1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper
    0.5 teaspoon 0.5 teaspoon

Method

    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread on a baking sheet.

    Roast potatoes for 15 minutes.

    Mix honey, mustard, garlic powder, and remaining olive oil in a bowl.

    Brush pork chops with half the glaze; season with salt and pepper.

    Place pork chops on baking sheet with potatoes, roast 10 minutes.
