Ingredients

  • salmon fillets
    300 grams 10.5 ounces skin-on or skinless
  • broccoli florets
    250 grams 9 ounces
  • olive oil
    2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons
  • honey
    2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons
  • garlic cloves
    3 cloves 3 cloves minced
  • soy sauce
    1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon
  • lemon juice
    1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed
  • black pepper
    to taste to taste
  • salt
    to taste to taste

Method

    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Toss broccoli with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.

    Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and remaining olive oil in a bowl.

    Place salmon on the baking sheet with broccoli. Brush salmon with half the honey garlic sauce.

    Roast everything for 15 minutes, brushing salmon again with remaining sauce halfway through.

    Check salmon is cooked through and broccoli is tender. Serve immediately.
