  • zucchini
    1 medium (150 g) 1 medium (5.3 oz) sliced lengthwise
  • red bell pepper
    1 medium (150 g) 1 medium (5.3 oz) sliced
  • red onion
    1 small (70 g) 1 small (2.5 oz) sliced into rings
  • olive oil
    2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons
  • hummus
    120 grams 1/2 cup
  • fresh basil leaves
    10 grams 1/3 cup for garnish
  • salt
    to taste to taste
  • black pepper
    to taste to taste

Method
