Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
    300 g 10.5 oz skin on or off as preferred
  • Lemon juice
    15 ml 1 tbsp freshly squeezed
  • Fresh dill
    10 g 0.35 oz chopped
  • Olive oil
    15 ml 1 tbsp
  • Cucumber
    1 medium (approx. 300 g) 1 medium (approx. 10.5 oz) thinly sliced
  • Rice vinegar
    10 ml 2 tsp
  • Maple syrup
    5 ml 1 tsp
  • Salt
    to taste to taste
  • Black pepper
    to taste to taste

Method

    Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

    Mix lemon juice, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Brush salmon with half the lemon dill mixture.
