Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
    4 pieces (approximately 600g) 4 pieces (approximately 1.3 lbs)
  • olive oil
    2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • garlic cloves
    4 cloves 4 cloves minced
  • chicken broth
    240 ml 1 cup
  • heavy cream
    240 ml 1 cup
  • parmesan cheese
    60 g 0.5 cup grated
  • fresh parsley
    2 tbsp 2 tbsp chopped
  • salt
    to taste to taste
  • black pepper
    to taste to taste

Method

    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6 minutes each side.

    Remove chicken and set aside.

    Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.

    Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

    Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
