  • lime juice
    30 ml 2 tablespoons
  • fresh cilantro
    15 grams 0.5 cup chopped
  • red bell pepper
    100 grams 1 cup diced
  • cucumber
    100 grams 1 cup diced
  • olive oil
    15 ml 1 tablespoon
  • salt
    2 grams 0.5 teaspoon
  • black pepper
    1 gram 0.25 teaspoon
