    600 grams 1.3 pounds boneless, skinless
  • lemon juice
    30 ml 2 tbsp freshly squeezed
  • olive oil
    30 ml 2 tbsp
  • dried oregano
    2 grams 0.5 tsp
  • salt
    3 grams 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper
    1 gram 0.25 tsp
  • carrots
    500 grams 1.1 pounds peeled and cut into sticks
  • fresh parsley
    10 grams 0.3 oz chopped
