Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
    500 g 1.1 lbs boneless, skinless
  • olive oil
    2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • garlic cloves
    3 cloves 3 cloves minced
  • sun-dried tomatoes
    80 g 3 oz chopped
  • spinach
    100 g 3.5 oz fresh
  • heavy cream
    200 ml 3/4 cup
  • parmesan cheese
    50 g 1/2 cup grated
  • Italian seasoning
    1 tsp 1 tsp
  • salt
    to taste to taste
  • black pepper
    to taste to taste

Method

    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

    Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

    Remove chicken and set aside.

    Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the pan; cook for 1-2 minutes.
